Mary Beth Lampe is the Chief Administrative Officer of Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) located in Greenville, South Carolina. ReWa is a regional wastewater provider serving Greenville County and portions of Laurens, Anderson, and Spartanburg Counties. As Chief Administrative Officer, Mary Beth is responsible for providing strategic vision and planning while directing and supervising the administrative programs and functions of all assigned areas of ReWa including Finance, Purchasing, Customer Service, Information Systems, Instrumentation, and Human Resources. Mary Beth organizes and implements programs within major organizational policies with an intentional focus that supports ReWa’s Mission, Vision and Values.
Mary Beth previously served as the Director of Human Resources for the Agency. Her educational background is comprised of a Bachelor of Science Degree from Trevecca University as well as attending the Management Academy of Public Health at UNC- Chapel Hill.
Mary Beth is an analytical thinker with over 20 years of comprehensive human resource experience and proven results in strategic planning, resource management, policies/procedure development, recruitment/retention and benefits administration. She also has experience delivering human resources management services and effective leadership training in various industries, from large international companies to local nonprofits. She is an expert in training and development, change implementation, mediation and negotiation, conflict resolution and talent expansion.
Mary Beth is an affiliate of American Water Works Association, Greenville Society of Human Resource Management, National Society of Human Resource Management, Water Environment Federation, and Water Environment Association of South Carolina.
