This prestigious award is given annually to wastewater treatment and collection agencies who demonstrate excellence in facility operations and maintenance, and the protection of the environment while exceeding customers’ expectations.
Eight ReWa Water Resource Recovery Facilities (WRRFs) were presented the award at the South Carolina Environmental Conference in March as well as an award to the entire organization. The facilities that have received the awards are Durbin Creek, Gilder Creek, Georges Creek, Lower Reedy, Mauldin Road, Marietta, Piedmont Regional and Pelham.
