Schedule a Tour

Thank you for your interest in touring our ReWa facility!

The ReWa Campus will be in-process, fully-functioning, busy and active during your visit with us! For everyone’s safety and consideration, your group is required to adhere to the “ReWa Guest Safety Requirements” as outlined here and additionally from ReWa Staff. Failure to do so may create an unsafe and dangerous situation, and ultimately shorten or end your tour.

What to Expect on a ReWa Tour:

• Insight into the step-by-step process of how we clean over 40 million gallons of wastewater per day and safely introduce clean, re-usable water back into the environment
• Standard tour lengths are three hours – modifications may be made depending on the group goals, size and specific needs
• Tours take place indoors and outdoors, and include standing, sitting, walking on flat surfaces, and climbing up and down stairs

Availability:

ReWa Tour availability is considered on a first come/first serve basis, with internal ReWa needs considered first. Tours are generally scheduled Tuesday-Thursday and begin at 9 A.M. or 1 P.M. 

Once we receive your request, our ReWa team will follow up with you within 5 business days to confirm the date, time and specifics regarding your request.

We ask for at least 10 days advance notice of the requested dates for adequate prep time for our staff.

ReWa Guest Safety Requirements for Groups:

Group Size:

• For the optimal experience, we recommend 15 people or less
• We are able to accommodate up to 30 people (max) per tour and will work with the Group Leader to split the group as needed

Group Age:

• Tours are for those 10-years old and older
• For requests that include minors under 10, ReWa Staff evaluate the request for the most appropriate options
• For groups with minors, we require at least two chaperones per group of 15
• For a group of 30 minors, we require at least four chaperones

Group Leaders/Chaperones:

• Are physically and legally responsible for all group participants during their time on the ReWa Campus - ReWa Staff provide the tour, only
• Keep the group together with the ReWa Staff at all times
• Know where all group participants are at all times
• Are at least 18 years old
• Monitor the group participants for safety concerns and report any to ReWa Staff

General Campus Safety - we request that everyone in your group:

• Wear comfortable, close toed shoes
• Be mindful of their location and surroundings as the plant will be operational
• Stay with ReWa Staff members
• Follow safety precautions and instructions from ReWa Staff members

General Consent:
