We recognize it can be difficult and expensive to acquire and maintain certain technical certifications. Our Trainee Program gives ReWa employees the opportunity to learn new technical skillsets by providing the support, encouragement and resources needed to keep up with educational credits.

ReWa Wellness Program
Our Employee Support Program provides a confidential free counseling program for ReWa employees.
We believe wellness doesn’t just happen in the kitchen or the gym. Wellness embodies the whole person and should be encouraged in all aspects of life, especially the workplace where the average American spends more than 90,000 hours of their life in the workplace.
We encourage staff to take advantage of the walkways along the Reedy River which runs through our main campus. We also host events like our annual Harvest Festival where ReWa staff and their families can enjoy food, games and time spent together.
