Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) and Greenville Technical College launched the ReWa Scholars Program in 2025. Four Greenville Tech students will be selected each spring to participate in the two-year program beginning with the fall semester after their selection.
Students will receive tuition assistance, part-time employment as biological systems operator trainees and the opportunity to be considered for a job at ReWa after earning their associate degree.
Overview of the program:
- Must be 18 years old
- Students must have at least a 2.8 GPA to be considered.
- ReWa Scholars will work 20 hours a week while enrolled as a full-time student at Greenville Tech.
- Students must have a WIN score of 4 or higher. *(If applicable)
- ReWa will provide tuition assistance while students are pursuing an associate degree.
- Students will be paid while receiving on-the-job training.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Students should be pursuing associate degrees in computer numerical control/machine tool, industrial electricity, mechatronics, welding, biology, chemistry, automotive technology or applied science.
