Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) teams have determined that water quality at five Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) sites on Dec. 26 has returned to normal. All of the overflows were weather-related following heavy rainfall.
The overflows noted above were measured to reflect volumes of more than 5,000 gallons. Proper notifications were made to all proper regulatory authorities, including the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC).
