For the Next 20-Years

Click here to read ReWa's 20-Year Community Investment Plan.

Established by Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) in 1994, the Upstate Roundtable (USRT) gives stakeholders, including community, business and governmental leaders as well as technical experts, a voice in aligning the wastewater infrastructure of Upstate South Carolina with its growth and development. Planning for the current Upstate Roundtable Strategic Vision involved a year-long process in which over 100 community leaders and stakeholders volunteered cumulatively over 6,000 hours to plan and present a 20-year strategic vision.

In the spirit of transparency and community education that serve as hallmarks of our organization, ReWa is pleased to outline the challenges, opportunities and the associated recommendations offered in the Upstate Roundtable’s most recent planning document.
